Shipping policy

We ship products as soon as we receive the order but this will not be on the same day as the order. In general, you will receive the product within the time frame you have chosen (48 hours inside Kuwait or 7-15 business days outside Kuwait). If you have any questions regarding the time it takes for shipping, please contact us on the following website. Contact us with your questions.

You will receive an email immediately after completing your order. If you do not receive an email, please review the Spam Folder. Choose Not to Block, so that you receive the email in your inbox. This is important because if you do not receive an order confirmation message, you will not receive messages about the shipment or tracking information.

Important information:

·       After receiving the shipment, if you find a missing product, please contact us within 3 days. If you do not receive the shipment within 60 days from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately. We may not accept any complaint outside this time frame.

Cancellation instructions:

Cancel your order for any personal reason, in this case:

  • If the shipment was created/processed by the seller: a partial shipping fee of 3 dinars within the State of Kuwait will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • In the event that the seller does not handle or process the shipment: a full refund will be processed.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather
  • National holidays or Festivals
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • The cost of shipping items from each product category to international destinations varies depending on the shipping option and product.
  • The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product (if applicable) that may be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment.
